QUALIFICATION:



* Job Location Marunda - North Jakarta
* University degree in Psychology/Laws or similar related in Human Resources
* 5 years Human Resources Manager experience in the manufacturing industry with minimum 1000 employee
* Successful track record & hands-on experience in wood industry are preferred
* Knowledgeable in Labor Laws, Industrial Relations, Workmen Compensation, Health & Safety and other relevant statutory laws or labor ordinances
* Ability to work across functions, in a matrix organization and in a cross cultural environment
* People & relationship management skills
* Excellent Interpersonal skills
* Leadership
* Problem Solving skills
